Q How far away is Alton Towers and how long does it take to get there? A The main entrance to Alton Towers is two miles away. Traffic permitting, it takes about 5 minutes to get there but on busy days it will take longer. |

Q Do I have to pay extra for electricity, heating etc. A No, all heating, lighting and hot water is included in the price. There are no extras to pay for. |

Q Do I need to bring sheets, towels and bedding? A No, everything is provided and your beds will be made up for your arrival |

Q When can I arrive and at what time do I have to check out? A Your cottage will be available from 4.30pm on the day of arrival and you must vacate your cottage by 10.30am on the date of departure. |

Q Can I bring my dog? A Sorry, for the comfort of other guests, we do not allow pets. |

Q Is smoking permitted? A We do not allow smoking in the cottages, but you are welcome to smoke outside |
